Question about Aiwa CSD-TD21 Cassette/CD Boombox
My boombox is erratic in which cds it will play and now the ones it does play sound terrible. I've tried cleaning the inside tray and removed dust and dirt using a q-tip and isopropyl alcohol. What should I do now?
Maybe the lens just needs cleaning:
Radio Shack has a laser lens cleaner for DVD's (Item# 42-227 $14).
It is an "Audio CD", so read the instructions carefully and have your speakers / headphones on to listen to what is on the audio CD.
It is a CD with a single row of tiny brushes. No chemicals involved.
Get it... it may fix the issue.
