Question about Locks & Locksmithing
My safewell safe will not accept the code that we have used all the time we have had it, the batteries are still working in it, but it just won't accept the code, the keys have done a disappearing act aswell, so we have no way of getting access into the safe.
Without the keys and safe code you will need to call a locksmith. Even then they might be skeptical about opening the safe for you. There should not be any "backdoor" way of opening the safe for security reasons otherwise it defeats the reason for having the safe. I would contact the safe manufacturer for further instructions or you will need to cut open the safe if the locksmith and manufacturer cannot help you.
