Question about Dymo LabelWriter 400 Thermal Printer
It depends which country you're in and what the problem is. I know in the UK there was a company that repaired these (by mixing and matching parts in from other units with different faults) but they stopped doing this because the pritners are now so cheap that the cost of repairing them is often more than the cost of a new one.
So it's possible that where you are there is a Dymo dealer than offers repairs, but in most cases I suspect that you're better off buying a new one.
Just to be sure contact Dymo directly in your country and ask if there are any repair centres near you.
If you want to repair it yourself then it's probably not repairable as you wouldn't be able to source the replacement parts. Unless it's something as obvious as a loose cable inside.
