Question about LG enV VX9900 Cellular Phone
This is a known problem with the firmware version 4 I think. I have the same problem but my fiance doesn't on his. He's running version 3. After digging around on the verizon forums I found out I'm not the only one with these problems.
To check your firmware version, go to Settings and Tools > Phone Info > SW/HW Version and check the SW version. If it ends in 4 you're likely having the same problem everyone else is.
