Good morning, afternoon, evening or night; whatever time of day you are viewing this solution. Thank you for choosing FixYa to solve your problem. The recording feature of your electronic device isn't working properly? You should try turning the volume up on the microphone so it can pick up your voice clearer when talking. If you still can't playback any recordings, check the volume settings of your device on your computer. This is located in the Control Panel (Windows) and the System Preferences (MAC OS) applications of your computer. Go into your operating system's preferences and increase the microphone volume. You may also need to select your headset device as the default recording device (Windows) or the Output Device for recording (MAC OS). If you want my opinion, I think your headset device is not set as the default recording device. If you don't have a headset as the default recording device or output recording device, you can turn the volume up to the maximum setting and you still won't be able to record anything because the computer has another device (if any microphones are installed in the PC) as its default or output recording device. That's why it's important to check your system preferences for a headset to make sure it has the proper settings. I hope you understand this solution and that you can record audio on your headset. just follow this ok here u go first turn on the bluetooth func in ur laptop, now while
ur bluetooth haedset is off press the power centre big button for like
10 sec until the blue light stays on continously not blinking position
ok then search for bluetooth devices in the bluetooth software there is an icon in the taskbar bluetooth right click and take properties search for blutooth devices there ur
headset will come up like motorola h550 select it then it will ask u
for pairing code input 0000 and press ok ur device is now connected u
will see the blue light which was continous b4 now blinking it means ur
haedset is connected , u have to complete this process in almost 1 min
bcoz there is a timeout for this process , now try the sound settings in the taskbar or play music u will hear it in ur headset
you will need to go into the sound manager in control panel and make sure that the external mic is enabled as the default use and ensure in the sound settings that the mic is not muted, this is normally done by right clicking the speaker icon in the taskbar and selecting options and see if the mic is muted or not in the properties
