HP Laser Jet 3030 not work

Hello,

When i start my HP Laser Jet 3030 then my machine display the below error like -
1.Scanner bulb warming up
2.scanner error power on power off

Plz give me solution for the same.

remove scanner glass and use compressed air to blow out the scanner
