First make sure that the code has not been noted somewhere within the car (underneath the ash tray, glove box , rear of sun visor etc)
To see if your code is available here for free then the radio will have to be removed from the dashboard (and if you are lucky, someone may have written the code on the casing ) .
If not then POST ANOTHER QUESTION
quoting the radio MAKE+MODEL plus ALL the LETTERS+NUMBERS on ANY LABELS ,BARCODES or STAMPED IN THE METAL CASING
There should be a 14 character Serial Number beginning with RN or PH or similar (often found stamped in the metal casing ) and maybe a Security Number in the format of TOA123 or TA123 or just A123 at the end of a barcode so please quote EVERYTHING you can find

when you get the four zeros on the display press no1 for what number you wish to display, then repeat for the following three numbers, eg code is 4 5 6 7 so press number 1 four times, number 2 five times, number 3 six times and number 4 seven times, when code is entered press and hold the number 6 button.this will reactivate the radio.
