My wacom wont connect to the computer, my pc says that usb device that im trying to connect (wacom) has MALFUNCTIONED

i would say that you need to update your driver online , if it says it has malfunctioned it usually means that your driver cant read your device you can find these things online just search free drivers and the key word for what ever you are looking for i hope this helps you you can reach me at Jonk3y@aol.com
