Question about HTC Touch P3450 Smartphone
The phone suddenly went off and then I had to remove the battery and put back. But I need to do this many times. Then it comes on but again it keeps hanging in between calls or sometimes just like that. I screen gets hanged and the phone is actually off. Then again I need to repeat the same exercise of the pulling battery out and putting it back in.
Try using the reset button at the bottom of the phone... push the buttom with your pointer. By doing this you won't lose any of your saved data and the phone should just re-boot like a computer does.

Tips for a great answer:
Possible that the phone has hung up because there are errors in the software. We can try a reset as last resort before deciding on the phone software. So to reset remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. Using your PC , scan the memory card for any corrupt files or media files with virus- it is possible when they are downloaded from unsafe sites. If so remove or format the card. Now replace the card and battery and switch on the phone. If the phone hangs up then it is confirmed that the software is corrupt and will need a reinstallation. Seeking help from the authorized service /support centre is most ideal. Take estimate and decide.
