Acer crystal eye webcam cant use in yahoo messenger

-   same problem with acer aspire 4310. Webcam cannot be found. I installed a driver, for a while it worked but after 10 minutes it crashed again. Tried everything, suyin, bison, chicony but ******** all did not work.

If i am the owner of acer I will recall this brand of laptops and repair them for free; otherwise, many will post problems and discourage them to buy acer brands. In the Philippines, mas malakas ang bulong kaysa sa marketing. This will destroy the brand of acer. -   Guest

-   hello, i have the same problem but on msn. i will try to use my webcam and it says this... We couldn't start your camera device. Please check that your camera is not currently in use by another program, and then try again. I know that there is a running program i just cant figure out what it is. I also cant do calls on msn it says this...

I know that i have a sound card because when i first got my laptop (acer 6930 aspire) everything worked perfectly.
