Problem for DISH Network ViP 612

We have our timers set to record only new episodes

We have our timers set to record only new episodes but it trys to record old ones all the time. They say clearly "original air date ___". (there are no actual blanks fill in whatever date there). Also we returned from vacation and almost all our programs were erased because it decided to record a 30 min show for 134 hrs!

when you select "new episodes" it will record ALL episoded that have not been recorded already. ALL episoded will record every time the show comes on. as far as then 134 hr recording, it sounds like a manual timer error i would erase it and monitor progress to see if it does it again.
