So if you are on Vista you can't do it without a special program that is pretty much impossible to find a working version of (I actually have it and have several satisfied latino customers) or you can purchase Vista ultimate edition and download the language packs for free from their website http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc721887(WS.10).aspx
Microsoft gets people by the balls here though really. If you want a different language basically you have to purchase or have Windows XP Professional or Windows Vista Ultimate edition and then download the language pack.
Depends on your operating system, in windows go to the control panel and select Region or language and see if Spanish is an option, if it is not there go to Microsoft and download language packs for your OS.

Hi,
Just go to Control Panel. There you will find the option of "Regional and Language Option " Setting. Click on that. In Pop Up Windows just select the option of Language . Now you can change the language what ever you want.
Thank you.
