now connect 3 3g device turn on xbox and BINGO !
I don't quite understand your question: What is the "3" from which you got a USB broadband dongle?
Microsoft does sell a plug-in wireless networking adapter for the Xbox360. That's the only way to get Wifi networking enabled on the Xbox360. Your other alternative is to run a standard network cable from the Xbox360 to a network router / residential gateway that then connects to your cable or ADSL modem. If your broadband connection goes directly into your PC (no router / gateway) then I'm not sure how to fix that. You should call your broadband company and explain that you want to hook a game console into your home broadband network.
You can attach your 3 dongle to a computer and hard wire (ethernet) your xbox into the computer. Then set up a home network with your 3 modem as the internet connection it should then work fine. This is how a friend and me have set it up.

you can't connect the usb stick to the xbox directly, but you can connect your xbox to your pc/laptop with the broadband usb stick in your pc/laptop and share the connection. while this will work, it's not going to be very fast and if you intend to play games online there will be a big lag. But it's better than nothing if that is all you have for internet connection. Anyway here's how. connect your laptop to your xbox using an ethernet cable, and have your usb dongle in your pc/laptop connected to the internet.
now depending on what os(operating system) you have on your computer, navigate to control panel>network and sharing>manage network connections.
once in here you want to enable sharing on your connection and tick the box allow other users to connect through this computers connection. then you want to select local area connection on the home network connection menu.
now you can test your xbox live connection to see if it connects to the internet, if it does happy gaming :)
If it fails, try making your connection to a public rather than private connection. If this method fails, try restarting your pc/laptop and then your xbox and go through the process again.
I know this can be tricky and alot of trial and error, but if this is all you have to connect to the internet and you really want to get online then it will be worth the effort. Hope this helps.
ok well ill giv u a check list on how to do it
1 hav a broadband connection
2 connect an ethernet cable to your modem from your xbox
3 u are now connected to the internet so either buy a reedeemable xbox live gold card from the store or enter credet card info and use xbox's direct buy for ur gold membership
what does it say is wrong??
many dongles (so you know) are painful and dont normally like working with xbox as the drivers have to be built into the dongle...i beleive xbox.com has a list of supported products
How are you connecting Your Xbox console upto your Internet ? if your Connecting Via WiFi, Make sure you have the Xbox compatible WiFi adaptor, if you are connecting Via a Local Area network, Ensure that your Console is hooked up Directly to Your Router, and if your connecting Via a Shared internet connection thru a PC, Ensure it is Hooked up correctly and also that your computer is set up to allow sharing the internet connection, That sometimes makes Xbox live faulty.
Also another problem for IP addresses not working is Due to your Internet service provider, Some broadband companies constantly renew IP addresses changing them every so often which the Xbox doesnt like. I would suggest contacting your Service provider and seeing if they have any Technical Support !
First, why are you connecting to your laptop? Second, reset your modem and router. I doubt you need to open ports that are not normally open...but if you think you need to do more, access the router and open the ports manually.
