I installed a game called Aion Online and go to launch game and it freezes then gives me a messege box saying ''error 1024''

Well if it actually is online then it is a problem with the internet itself but if it is only on your computer then make sure you have the exact or higher server on your computer. If you go on Google and search Aion Online error code 1024 it will probably say what is wrong and tell you what you can do. Make sure it was fully installed with no interference from anything.
