I have a Samsung M500, all I am trying to do is transfer mp3s from my computer to my phone (i do have a memory card in my phone) I have vista, it found whatever software and my phone says i am usb connected, but i try to sync the data and my computer can't find anything to sync with. is there something else i have to download or am i just not figuring out the way to transfer music? thanks.
There is an option to connect your phone to your
via the USB cable provided out of the box. Once you connect your
cellphone to the computer, it'll pop up a device found wizard and ask
if you want to try to find the drivers for it... all options will fail
BUT, once that is done, keep it connected and flip open your phone. Go to these menu options:
Menu > Tools > Mass Storage > Connect to PC
and it will pop open an explorer window for you to traverse your files.

It is quite easy to transfer the data from Samsung Galaxy 4 to Galaxy 8, MobiKin transfer for mobile can do that.
What you need is to connect two phones to the computer, then select the files to transfer in a fast time. MobiKin Transfer for Mobile Mac Version
Instead of using 'PC studio' option while connecting, use 'media player' option for transferring the files. Check this option. If this does not work, try creating the default directory yourself manually using the phone and then try transferring the files.
you have the option of transferring musinc files to you phone memory or to your memory card. however, it is recommended that you use the memory card when storing large files like mp3s.
when transferring files from your pc to your memory card, you can use a bluetooth connection (note: you need a bluetooth donggle to do this), or via a data cable (should be included in the package when you bought the phone - just follow the instructions in the accompanying cd when installing the software). with these two options, you can now transfer your music files to your phone.
another option is by directly transferring the music files to the memory card using a card reader that is attached to your pc. your memory card will be detected as a removable drive when doing this. you can easily click and drag (or copy) your files to your memory card.
If you got the music off of that horrible program lime wire more then likely you just have corrupt MP3s (they are rampent along with viruses on that program).
however if they are legit Mp3s try restoring your ipod in itunes then reloading all the music.
if this still doesn't work try resetting your ipod and then while the apple logo is displayed hold the menu and middle button to get into diagnostic mode. From there pick FlashScan to test the internal memory
if it passes, and the mp3s are fine, it would meen the data is getting corrupted on the transfer of your computer, check for viruses, try and other USB port, or try transferring the songs from another computer
Yes there is a way to transfer applications and mp3s in one if you have a bluetooth on your pc you have transfer music via bluetooth or to transfer applications to your d500 you will require a usb data cable
hope this helps and if you get the time please rate me if this helped you
