This is typically a problem with the sealed system (refrigerant leak). Usually a circular patch of ice or water driplets half way down on the back wall. The solution involves replacing the evaporator coil. Subzero will give partial warranty up to 12 years.Full warranty for 5.A subzero authorized company is recomended.
