Question about Audio Players & Recorders
My craig got unplugged on accident while putting a video on it and now the files are corrupt. i tried to delete the files but now i cant put music on it or listen to music plz help me fix this so i can listen to music
My craig mp4 player just shows a hour glass like everybody else. i have read the solutions but never receive the answers from them. now how to get the hour glass to go away?.....and if so how to reset the device if frozen. thankz for the support when i receive my answer.

I had to erase the flash memory. I am using a MAC OSX machine, so I used Disk Utility, selected the volume "NO NAME", and erased. Another problem (in OSX) is that for each file, a hidden "._" file is also appended. My fix for that was to rename the volume "NO_NAME" on the desktop, then launch Terminal. From there change to superuser, navigate to "NO_NAME", and issue the command "rm ._*" which erases all files that start with "._"
WARNING: Be sure you know what you are doing as superuser!!! If the term seems vague or you have never used Terminal, don't try it!!!

When i turn my mp4 on it just says disk error and won't let me do anything once i choose music
