Reset to original settings

Hello, Factory Reset is done by turning the phone off, holding the volume up button, holding the home button and then holding the power button till the phone vibrates and you can let go of the buttons. Use volume up and down to move through options and power button to select (don't have to hold, just press once). Select "wipe data" and then "factory reset". Select "yes" to delete all user data and wait for format to complete. Then power off then on and it should be back to original settings. Hope this helps.

How can i reformat my go gear philips? back to its original format... delete all applications i downloaded.

There's a reset button on the back of the player which takes you back to factory settings and erases all that is stored. Make sure you got all that you want off it before you do it tho..

I have a used Sony Walkman NWZ-E438F and want to start from scratch. If I press the reset button in the back, will it delete the playlists and still keep the operating program?

Hi bkil105498,
Pressing the Reset Button will probably not delete the playlists and data, it will probably just restore the factory settings. To delete everything, go to Settings--> Common Settings--> then Format. In neither of these ways can the operating program be deleted, only the data and customizations.
Hope this helps.

HP mp3 player troubleshoot

There should be a reset button on MP3 player. Hold this down and reset to factory settings. If not, go to the manufacturer's website and type in "reset to factory defaults." It will show you how.

Pavit won't play

You have to reset it back to factory settings because you deleted with the original demo music some files needed to start the built-in player. So do the factory reset after you restart your Pavit MP3 Player. Then copy you music and play them.
