Very hard to push, the automatic height adjustment

I'm growing tired of telling everyone what a piece of **** this vacuum is, I think you'll be the last! There is a design flaw that forces the wheels down according to how low you are holding the handle. Even when holding it at a normal operating height it is too low by design, causing difficult operation and finally multiple belt breaks! see my other posts about how to fix this, although it may not be worth your time!

Open the machine like your going to replace the belt. Check for any obstructions under the front wheel height assemblys.You may have some string around the wheels and such.
