Re: key pad virus
This is more likely a stuck key than a virus. Check all of the buttons and keys on the phone, and make sure they move and feel normal. Power down the phone, pop out the battery, and then try it out again. If the problem remains, try resetting the phone through the settings menu. Make sure you back up your phone first, as this will wipe out all of your phone's data.

It is most likely that you have a sticky keypad or the metal switch pad underneath the keypad of the power button is broken.
What you can do is to clean the inside of the keypad and check if there are broken metal switch pad underneath the key pad that results to sticky keys. You will need a special cell phone star screw driver to open the front panel of a samsung which will expose the key pad and the switch pad underneath. Unscrew all the screws at the back of your samsung phone and gently lift the front cover.
It is also possible that the problem might be in the software installed on your samsung. In this case, you will need to bring it to a repair center since it requires special software for re-installation and a hardware. Samsung cell phones cannot be re-installed through a USB plug and play.

Have a great day.
You can have the keypad locked by opening the menu and setting in phone settings the time requried to lock the key pad. so after using the pad locks and will not dial any numbers.
the calls to emergency is because of this being active.

Please do rate the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.
Please take it apart using six sided (small for nokia mobiles) screwdriver, remove the cabinet and Switch it on whether the same problem persists or not. If the problems still persists, the you can check the keypad with the number 6. It must be stuck, you can remove the tape which is covers the keypads, and check it. To find the key no. 6, refer to the keypad and take action with the corresponding key. Do whatever is needed like cleaning, removing etc.. and again switch on before you close (fit) the cabinet. If it's ok, you can fix the screws and the cabinet (housing/case). If there's is nothing wrong with the key, then there're must be internal problem. You better go to a mobile repairing shop and get it repaired.
In case the problem goes away, then replace your cabinet. It's the problem with your case, perhaps it might have been broken somewhere.
