Question about Televison & Video
My T.V. wouldn't do anything. I couldn't even turn it on. I unplugged it then plugged it back in, it worked fine. It happened again, this time when I tried that little trick Y-C and the time came up but no picture or sound. Where did the Y-C come from & how do I get rid of it? I'm lost without my T.V.

I have the same problem. The only way to get the TV to come on is to unplug it, but once you get it back on it turns itself off again in a few minutes.

Often you will get a bluish or reddish looking picture if your wires from your cable box/satellite or DVD player are inexpensive RCA type video cables. Try using a nice set of component cables or HDMI cable from your sources to your TV. If this is your setup, try this first...its the most inexpensive first option.

The first thing in this unit is to check the ribbon cable that goes from the front control panel to the back ssb board, I would unplug and replug to make sure seated properly. Then try it again. There are alot of screws to take out but worth it if this solves the problem.
