InFocus X9 DLP Projector. The remote does not connect to the projector.

Question edited for clarity.

This doesn't appear to be a known issue, so my view is that the remote has just failed. Try the smartphone forward facing camera trick to see if the remote is producing an output signal.

Our infocus dlp xga 4000 lumens projector has white spots showing up.

You might inspect the DLP color wheel if you're confident in opening and looking inside your projector.

Will not regonize computer source

The projector looks for Horizontal sync & Vertical sync signals from the VGA source. If it finds these signals only then the source is connected. Even if the sync signals are found, the RGB switching should be working. Either there is a problem in sync circuitry or RGB switching. You need to be well conversant with the circuitry.

I just replaced the lamp on an Infocus X10 DLP projector. The left half of the screen is now darker than the right side. What can this be? Thanks.

This is seemingly a common issue on the IN82 (which I've also had) and is usually resolved by switching off the 'BrilliantColor' setting in the menu.

My Infocus LP120 sometimes has a pink tint to the display. Sometimes it displays perfectly fine. any ideas?

make sure you have the correct input selected. if you're using a computer, make sure it's on computer and not component.

My LP120 says that no computer signal detected

check your cable, and make sure your source is good. if everything checks out then you main board is defective.

DLP Infocus Problem

first of all, the infocus lp 790 is an lcd projector, not a dlp. second, the light filter in front of one of the lcd panels is burnt, and unfortunately cannot be purchased separately.

swap the cables, toggle the f4 on the computer, and reset the settings to factory default to make sure the resolution matches.
