If you cant find the reset button on the front of the radio you can either pull the plug out of the back for about 5 to 10 seconds or just pull the fuse that controll the constant wire of the radio. NOT the one that is in the fuse box on the inside of the car but the one under the hood for about 5 to 10 secs. Or undo the negative Battery terminal of the car battery for 5 to 10 secs.

Where is the reset button on my 2007 Ford Escape CD player

No reset button. You have 2 options. First locate and remove radio fuses, wait a minute or two and reinstall fuses. Second you can remove the radio and pull the wiring harness from it and again wait a minute or two and plug back in.

Radio fuses

If it's an aftermarket CD player there's a fuse in the back of the unit. The car should have a fuse in the fuse box. Some CD players have a reset button behind the face you can use an ink pin to reset it

Usually Reset button located underneath front panel, remove front panel and look at unit, hopefully you will see reset button, press it with some pointed thing like paper clip etc to reset the unit.
