Theme problem plz tell me how I can apply the window vista themes... tell me site for this... so I apply the themes....problem is that when I download the themes it is not apply......

go to control panel then display setting,

You firsr download .theme files from internet and paste in c:/windows/resources\themes
then u can change theme in vista

there are themes available for vista and if you download tuneup styler 2 then it would be easy for you to apply any theme.

The error you are getting says that the theme can not be loaded because theme service is not running, so to start the themes service press WIN+R on your keyboard, type "services.msc" in the run box (without commas) and from the list that opens, find the theme service and start/enable it.
