we have two Philips CD150 Phones and our landline has recently been changed so that we have to enter 9 before the area code to get an outside line. We have tried to edit our old numbers stored on the phone but it won't allow us to do this with a 9 in front of them. Any ideas ? Thanks

this should help you with your problem. You should be able to completely reset your phone.
