Hi there please follow the steps and let me know the result.
1. Ensure batteries are fully charged & clean the battery connector point in side the battery compartment.
2. Look carefully between the lens and the camera body for any sand, dirt or any damaged etc.
3. Try turning the camera with the lens facing down and shake to dislodge anything stuck
4. Try removing batteries and memory card, wait 5 minutes and refit the battery only.

SONY DSC-H9 WON'T STAY POWERED UP

I think that both your batteries are bad. Because the batteries have sat on a shelf not being used the batteries will only take a surface charge and not fully charge. Bum a battery from someone with a Sony that uses the same battery and see if that works.

I have a digital camera that model is dsc-350f now its being a problem that is it can not on no response.

here's the steps i'd follow.

1. check battery to make sure you have a fully charged battery
2 plug the usb cable to the camera and the pc with the battery in it to see if it works and that it is not a power problem.
3. use a different sd card
4. read the manual to locate the hard reset problem as it may be a firmware problem

if you have done all of this and it still doesn't turn on chances are its faulty so call tech support.

Sony DSC - T7 green screen

This is a component failure
If the camera is less than a year old return it to the seller.
If older than a year but a current model contact Sony who may replace it free of charge.
There have been recall on some models because of component malfunction
