LG 47" LCD shuts down several times w/ blinking red light.

My LG is a year and a half old and recently started taking longer to start up in the morning. The light will turn green and then immediately turn to blinking red for 30 seconds or so and then retry to start and keep doing this until after several attempts it will turn on and stay on. It will progressively stay longer with the green light (picture coming on) until it finally stays on. It is typically worse on the first start of the day after being inactive for several hours. It still does this mid day, but usually does not take quite as long.
