Panasonic SA-HE100 5.1 system error code F70

When you turn this unit on, it goes through a regular start up and then displays an error code F70. At this point the unit instructs you to turn off the power. Please Help!!!

I was able to fix this problem by replacing a fuse. Remove the cover (7 screws). Directly behind the fan are 2 boards with 5 fuses on them. The boards are 1 over the other. The fuse I replaced was labeled F5 and on the top board with the fuse facing down on the underside of the board.
