Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player

Subscription tracks I can't get an icon on the botton of the screen to go away. It's a red circle with a minus sign in it and i get a message to renew subsciption tracks when I turn it on. Tried to reformat a few times but nothing works.

or:
1. Tap phone icon
2. Across the bottom find Recents, and tap "Recents"
3. At the top of the screen choose either "All" or "Missed"
4. "Tap Edit" That gives a bunch of red circular dots with minus signs in the middle.
5. Tap the red with minus sign button next to each of the calls you want to remove.

The video app is not turning off, not recordingor allowing me to pull up pic's I've taken. On top of that the On/Off button doesn't work either. That's right, the iPad can't be turned off so the video...


It doesn't need to be turned off. try double tapping the home button. The bottom of screen should show the apps that are running, now depending on your version of iOS, (I know of 2 methods)

1. touch the app until red minus sign appears and touch the red circled minus sign for the recording app you want to close. and....
2. slide the app window above the app icon up so it disappears off the screen.

My update last month has caused numerous message problems and doesn't seem to absorb that I did in fact update my subscription. HELP.


Well, when you renewed your subscription online, you just renewed it on the symantec end. So what you need to do next is open your Norton program, and go to "My Norton Account" or "subscription". Then you need to sign into your norton account from within the Norton Application and it will update your subscription status.

This is sounding like corrupted firmware. I just checked the Insignia website for a firmware update to fix your issue, but there are no firmware releases as of yet. I believe there is a 1 year warranty on these units so take it back to Best Buy for a new one.

Red Circle with a white dash to the left of the battery status icon


Red Dot with dash means that your subscription (Rhapsody) has expired and there may be music that cannot be played on your player. A green dot signifies subscription OK
