RCA Digital voice recorder model RP5022B

I have used this recorder many times with no problem,But Then one day i hit the rercord button and it says "full"- i know all of the folders are empty,ive hit delete LOTS of times but it still says full.???

have you tried formatting it? press erase till it flashes delete, then press and hold record for 3 seconds till it says Format, then press and hold erase till it says wait..it should fix it if that's the problem
