Problem for Mozilla Firefox

How do I unblock sites blocked by DET's proxy 9202??

I've tried HUNDREDS of proxy sites but theyre all blocked. I've even gone to about:config and modified the proxy allowances there, but when I did that every webpage just timed out so I had to reverse what I did.

Now I need help!! Even an unblocker for Facebook or Messenger would be great...
