i have the sims 3 and lost he manual and disk. I want to uninstall and reinstall with download manager but i dont have the serial number that came with it. what do i do??????? is there a way to get it from a file on my computer so i can do it myself

Try looking for it in your registry.
At your Start Menu click on Run, type regedit and hit OK
In the registry window that appears click on...
Computer > HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Electronic Arts > Sims > Sims 3 > ergc > under "Data" in the column that shows up, search for your key...it should be there.
Needless to say, don't delete anything while in registry unless you know what you're doing
