Question about GPX MW3836 MP3 Player
I have had no problem with my player previously. Now when I try to remove songs off of my player, the songs are still there. I am properly going throught the normal procedure. I hookup the usb to the computer as i always did previously. but now the device pops up and says that there are no files on the device. but then i try to put new songs onto the device and there is no room, nothing is able to be put onto it, and it says there is nothing on it. but then when i turn o the device all of the songs from befor are still there. how do i remove the files and if anything else is there anyway to reset the player? any advice would be appreciated.
Have you tried to reformat the MP3. it is easy to do. conect your MP3 co to my computer and find which drive your MP3 is located on. Mine is located on drive G when I conect it to the computer. Then use your mouse click on the right side and the menu will come up. Go down to format and allow it to do so it does not take but a few seconds and your MP3 is clean.
