First of all, not all the time memory is bad it gives a beep. So you might still want to verify that it's not the memory. Try the memory in another cpu or try another memory in your cpu.
If you have verified that the memory is not the issue, then your next culprit is the video card. Make sure the video card is working. Take it out and clean the contacts with a clean piece of cloth and then reseat it properly.
