When Im trying to send fax after it feeds the document I have a TX ERROR coming up on screen and the report types : receiver does not answer, when I know for sure that receivers fax is on. And I cannot find anything in user manual.. Some one please help
Sounds like your communication board is out or your phone line is not working when you unplug your line and put a phone on it can you get a dial tone? then your fax machine is probably broke

call the number manually . and does it answer with a warble immediately or does the phone ring a lot and then answer.
your timeout may be set too short on the sending fax setup.

Well, It is a new one.i only bought it 3 weeks ago and the phone part is working.I am using the phone all the time. (Its phone and fax in one machine). And I have a dial tone when im dialing somebody's fax number......
