Unplug set and remove back, be aware that the power supply employes high voltages.
Remove power supply and remove heat sink, under the heatsink on the main board you will find four small boards mounted upright on the main power supply board, replace all electrolytic caps, put it all back together and Presto!!! it should work.

the problem is with the capacitor inside the tv the power is not being transferred from the wall to the relay and to the capacitor and its too weak to power up the tv they need to be replaced and will cost up to 100 dollars to change them out the part itself is only about 7 dollars but has to be soldered into the board of the tv or something
