It is froze up there is no cool air going to the bottom. sometimes one will do that. defrost timer did not work. or the heat coil is bad. unplug it for about 8 hours to let it throw. and see if that will fix it. If it runs ok for about 5 days and dose it again. it is not defrosting.

GE Profile side-by-side fridge and freezer not cooling properly

Could be a few things. Condenser coil clean? Is the back panel cover of the compressor panel in place? It could have a bad part in the defrost system and it's built up with frost on the coil. To see if this is the problem, unplug the refrigerator and leave the doors open for 24 - 36 hrs. then plug it back in. It should work normal again for a few days until the frost builds back up. If this is the case the defrost system needs repair.

GE Profile - fridge not cooling

If freezer is icing up, you might have a defrost problem. Frost free models have a heating element that is controlled by a timer to automatically defrost ice, defrost timer turns on defrost heating element every 12 hours to melt ice in freezer and allow good air flow.
You can test defrost element with an ohm meter(located inside freezer coils-will have two wires going to a plug connection), if OK replace defrost timer (located in various places depending on make and model

Fridge is warm and freezer is cooler than normal

Possible bad defrost timer. Locate timer underneath the fridge and manually turn the knob. Element should come on and start defrosting. If defrosting starts then the timer is bad. Check also the element and thermostat.

I have a Kenmore Cold Spot fridge, freezer on top. Fridge is warm, and freezer keeps freezing up on sides and bottom. I cleaned it all out, defrosted it, and it still freezes up and fridge still won't get...

Is this a self defrost model? Frost inside the freezer could be an air leak around the door gasket. Remove the back panel in the freezer and completely defrost the coils. Is the fan running in the freezer. That will make the frig not be cool. With the door closed peek in the gasket to make sure the light is shutting off, this will warm a frig also.
