Question about Lucent PARTNER18 Corded Phone
I bought some used phones for my Partner system and I get no dial tone on some jack /extensions. I get tone with the phone when I plug it in to a jack that already has a phone so I know the phones work. The system was installed by a professional a year ago. Can you turn some extensions off and on? Help
No, you will need to have the company come back and "liven" up the jacks.
Sometimes there are not enough ports of the phone system to connect all the wall jacks to the system. So it is possible that you have to expand your system.
