Question about HP PSC 750 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Unfortunetly you don't have a software problem. It is a scaner module crush. Because of the part costs is better to by a new printer/PSC. Is doesn't print because at startup it tests all the parts (printer and scaner), if one of them has a problem, the unit stalls.
You can try to clean the lens and mirrors in the scaner craddle but you have only 30% chances of a positive result.
