I'm interested in better exposure or a up-front position for my website www.liveinleisure.com. I sell real estate in the retirement community Leisure World Seal Beach. I have notice other websites appear in top position in a colored box referred to as ''Sponsored Links''.
I would be interested in finding out how to take part in this program and the cost.

What you are looking at is called SEO - Search Engine Optimization. Many Website companies offer this as a package for their clients.
The special links you are referring to are PTC sponsors, which would have you pay a fee to allow for a higher ranking, and believe me it can be very pricey depending on how many clicks.
Other ad sites that are doing this is Facebook, MySpace, etc..
