Question about Motorola Mobility Q Smartphone
I have documents forwarded to me via email in a .tiff format. The Q doesn't recognize them. I downloaded a PQV program which works on the files when they are accessible to it, but the Q tries to open them with its own file viewer and won't recognize them!
How do I open the attachments from PQV, or save them to my storage card from my Outlook file on the phone?
This did not work

When you have the email downloaded on the Q, go to File Manager and navigate to \Application Data\Volatile. You will see your attachment there - click Menu\File\Copy To.
Then, navigate down to your Storage Card folder (or into a subfolder, if you like), and hit Done.

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
