Problem for Ecoquest Fresh Air Air Purifier

Removing Filter from Back of EcoQuest Air Filter

I have the back off but can't remove filter for cleaning, There is a plastic tab and silver metal tab at the bottom back. Suggestions? Thank you!

You have to remove the two top screws to take off the filter (lint screen). At least they put in hand-tightening screws in the later models. Make sure you also alcohol-clean the needle ionizer in the front and the radio-wave (round) one on the side! It's crucial to keep the "FAST" dust clearing capabilities!
