I've got VW Passat b6 2006. Rosen-VW0710-H11 is installed in it. When I try to play DVD (no matter audio or video) system displays message: "Password Fail". What can be the reason of this...

I would recommend resetting the Rosen unit. This is done by entering the "Menu" and pressing "Settings". From this screen, you select "Keypad" in the top right corner of the screen and then enter "7-5-2-3" and press "Enter". This should erase any code for Parental Control (levels 0 - 8). Also, the Rosen product states to only use "Store bought media" for CD's and DVD's meaning that it won't play all 'burned' discs. Hope this helps.- Elliot

My VR3 DVD/CD player only plays DVDs. Also when i plug in my USB connection or AV connection for my IPOD neither one work and never have. I tried the CD player cleaner to no avail.

well, it seems that a DVD to iPod converter can meet your needs.
i am using one can easily convert almost all kinds of DVD movies to my iPod, and it works well for me.

Hope this may help you. have a good day.

Hope can i send an input from I pod or TV into the

If you are asking how to send audio from your iPod or TV to a stereo receiver, you will need an adapter for the iPod but may not need one for your TV.

For the TV:
Check the back for two red-and-white round plugs: these are called RCA jacks. Most TVs will have "RCA IN" but fewer will have "RCA OUT (sometimes called MONITOR)." If you do have RCA outputs, simply find an RCA cable (with red-and-white male connectors on each end) that's long enough and connect it to an input on the back of the receiver. It doesn't matter which one.

If you don't have RCA outputs, you MIGHT be able to use a VCR if the VCR has RCA outputs. In that case you would connect your TV cable to the "RF IN" on the VCR. Then plug the yellow (video) RCA connector to the "RCA IN" on your TV, and the red-and-white connectors to your receiver. Then all of your audio would come out of the stereo instead of the TV. This can get complicated, however, because now you will be changing channels either on the cable box or DVR or wherever your TV comes from, or if you don't use a box you will change them on the VCR remote (because the TV will now be on "RCA IN or INPUT 1" at all times). In addition you will control the volume with the stereo remote.

For the iPod:
The best solution is to find a small adapter (I think Griffin makes one) that plugs into your iPod and transmits over a radio frequency you set. So for example, you change the adapter to FM 89.1, and then tune your stereo to 89.1, and as long as the iPod is reasonably close to your radio, the music will play. This is great because not only do you not have to hook up any wires, but it works on ANY radio (alarm clocks, shower radios, and car stereos)! Just be mindful when you purchase the adapter. You do not want to buy a radio transmitter intended for the car, which uses a 12V cigarette lighter plug, and try to use it at home. And if you buy one intended for home, keep in mind it won't let you charge the iPod in the car.

Good luck!

Wireless head phones won't communicate with our Rosen A10 system

1 of 3 things can cause this
1) the unit needs to have volume turned up by its remote.
2) the volume needs to be turned up on the wireless headphones (locate on ear piece looks like a roll dial) power is on one side of headset volume is usually on the other side of headset.
3) the wireless headphones are faulty and should be replaced by company
note: sometimes the all in one units don't come with a remote which is needed to adjust some features if there is a vol button on DVD unit turn it up if not the other 3 should solve this problem
hope this helped

Invue system for an 02 suburban.

First you can download a manual for your model from Rosen's site. It explains all the on screen programing you can do. You'll need a fundtioning remote to do this I think. You can get one from a local Rosen dealer for about $35 (see deaker finder on Rosen's site. Yes your sound does come through the radio on 88.7 or 88.9FM througha modulator installed inside your dash. Otherwise you use infrared wireless earphones (Wal-Mart sells them). The "Speaker" button on the passenger side of the LCD screeen turns the car speakers on or offf.

Car stereo receiver

Maybe the owners manual would help. It says you can adjust the sensitivity of the AUX input through a menu. It sounds like the AUX sensitivity is just set to max. Look for the 'to change other settings' chapter, instructions are in there.
If you don't have the manual, find it on the official website.
The link to download it is on the upper right.
