My bread machine was purchased Dec. 1998. The Breadman Bread machine works fine but the bread pan does not release the loaf of bread after baking. The bread sticks to the sides of the bread pan.
Is there a lubricant that can be purchased to eliminate this problem or will a new bread pan need to be purchased?
Thank You,

Are you adding the ingredients in the order that the bread machine suggest. When using the bread machine you should keep a close look at until you are happy with the outcome. By keeping an eye on the bread machine while it is mixing, and feeling it , you might find the dough to be either to dry or to wet, you can fix this by adding 1 tablespoon of water at a time when dry, or 1 tablespoon of flour when to wet. As for bread sticking in pan you could use any type of oil , butter, margin and brush the top of loaf, after the loaf has time to cool abit, another method is that you brush the top of dough before it goes into the final rise. Good luck, PS dough should feel slightly tacky not sticky only after final mix and the machine cycles into rise mode brush top of dough with oil.
The Teflon coating on the inside of the pan has worn. You will need a new pan and probably also a paddle. In the meantime you could try spraying the inside of the pan with cooking oil prior to each use.
That is a temperature warning that is an automatic feature on bread machines. What the machine is telling you is that the oven chamber is still too hot from baking the last loaf. It does that to prevent you from starting another loaf and having that loaf fail due to the high heat killing the yeast. If you want to bake more than one loaf unplug the machine after baking the first one, raise the lid, and leave it open for no less than 20 minutes. It should work fine by then. If not let it cool off another 10 minutes. It will be cool enough by ½ an hour to start another one.
Here is how you determine the size of loaf you can bake in your machine. You need to determine the capacity of your pan. Fill your pan with water and measure the cups added so you know how many cups of water are in the pan when it is full to the very top. Here are the conversions:
1)If your pan holds less than 10 cups of water you can make: a 1 pound loaf
2)If your pan holds 10 cups of water you can make: a 1 pound loaf and a 1.5 pound loaf
3)If your pan holds 12 cups you can make: a 1 pound, 1.5 pound, and a 2.0 pound loaf

This is rare, but if you pan holds 14 cups or more you can make all the above plus a 2.5 pound loaf
FROM ANOTHER SITE:
To find your bread machine pan size:
Fill the bread pan with water and measure it out in cups
Less than 10 cups of water = 1 pound
11-13 cups of water = 1 1/2 pounds
More than 13 cups of water = 2 pounds
