I can't find any reference to that code in the Bizhub C250 Service Maunual.
Having said that, all C-11xx codes relate to the finisher/sorter. Try opening and closing it. Have a general look in the finisher for jammed paper. Make sure nothing is obstructing the unit from moving.
That error is referring to the fuser unit not reaching it's correct temp. within a specified period of time. You can try clearing this error with the procedure I will give you, but if it comes back then a service tech should look at it.
With the machine on and the error displayed press these keys in this order quickly. # * Clr * This will put you in a service mode. At this point key is 14 and press Start. Shut off the copier and try turning it back on and check to see if the error has gone away.
Hi, C-12CB means you have a problem with a transfer of data from the Hard Drive. You may be able to format it somewhere in the Administrator settings. If not, a service engineer can Format the HDD in Tech Rep mode.
ok that code has nothing to do with your drums that code is for a error in the fuser unit, you have to reset it in this order ADD FUNC key// then hold down the 2 & 8 keys at the same time / then ADD FUNC key again... screen should change to serv mode.... then in this order.touch copier/func/clear/err. ok turn off copier then back on... if code comes back you have a bad fuser unit swap it out clear the code again then try the new unit
Your printer has counter on it that keeps track of the number pages that have been printed with it. It is warning you that the drum unit is coming close to the end of it's rated life. Order a black drum unit and have it on hand. Some time in the near future the printer will stop operating until you install the new drum which will come with instructions on how to install it.
If you order it now, you will avert a "Crisis" later.
