Samsung 710v 17'' lcd problem

I have a problem regarding my monitor because it turned out to be "not operating in optimum mode message.. can you help me on this problem?

    i am trying to find an alternative to solve this problem, and i am hoping the solution would be not changing the whole thing, but hardware or software issues that maybe some of you encountered also from the past.. anyhow thank you so much for your solution, i will make it as my last option.. believe me i will.. thanx..

Dear
The problem is main board inside monitor which is needed to be changed with new one. So I suggest you to take monitor in nearest samsung's service center.

Try to change the desktop display settings, see screenshots below, see if it works

Right click on your destop and go to properties > settings

  1. Set your Screen resolution to 1280X1024
  2. Then click advanced and go to Monitor and set the refresh rate to 60 Hertz.

Not optimum mode recommended mode 1024 x 768 60hz

Hook up a different monitor and set resolution to no higher than 1024 x 768. Samsung monitor will then work fine. It appears that something fails in the monitor and it will no longer support anything higher than this.

Not optimum mode

change windows resolution and refresh rate to 1024 X768 and 60 Hz.
start->control panel->display->settings-> change the screen resolution to 1024 by 768 pixels-> advanced-> monitor->change refresh rate to 60 Hz-> ok-> yes -> ok.

Showing "not operating in optimum mode"

reinstall the display drivers in safe mode this you can do by pressing F8 and in safe mode, you can also try restoring the machine to previous state Good Luck
