Coby MP3 player MP822-4G (stuck on the welcome page!)

Reads Please wait on the welcome screen. It's been this way for about 4 hrs. Bought the unit on 9/18, took it back because the touch screen was not working. Replaced on 9/19, worked fine on 9/19, now cannot get it off the welcome page. Please advise.

There are many problems with these Coby units. I do not recommend this brand.
By what you are describing, the firmware will need to be updated..
