I need the rebate form that will give me the $30 back when I ordered StopZilla

The serial number was on the box. We have no way to know any serial number as each one is unique to each gun.

Did you get the rebate coupon from the store or the web address to complete the form to collect that rebate?

Go online to the company that is offering the rebate and they should be able to help you out or call company you ardered product from and get it from them

In case you need a free and reliable antivirus software I suggest you Avast (the free version). Here is an official link for you to take a look at the comparison list for the other Avast versions, and download the free one. After the installation you have to free register for a year, keep in mind to update after this year to the new free version. The installation will be done through an easy on screen wizard. In case you need to scan your system further for already existing and hidden viruses, it is easy after the Avast installation to do this.

Is the rebate from the electric utility co or from ruud? what info do you need to complete the form?

Open the door and see if your LG appliance has a tag there with the informantion you need to fill out the rebate form. Most LGs do.. Yours may be the same or different,,

Follow the steps given on the rebate forms. Sometimes stores will have a place where they keep rebates or they may be at the register, just ask. Make copies of everything in case you have to follow-up with the company. If you download a rebate form, be sure to keep a copy on the computer. I make it a habit of scanning my rebate forms, upc, and sales receipts in case I have to email them.

Personally, I have probably used at least 50 rebates. I have had about 5 denied, and about 8 where I had to follow up. As a suggestion, before you purchase something on a rebate, either make sure they are a legit, name brand company (you can get better resolution on any issues) and/or research on the net to make sure that other folks aren't having rebate issues. You definitely take a risk when making purchases on a rebate.

Have you looked on your Start>all programs list for stopzilla? Perhaps it is just turned off.

Have you looked in your program files folder for Stopzilla? ( My Computer>C>Program Files>Stopzilla)

If there is not an installation (.exe) file there, then try a search from your search utility just type in stopzilla and click on all files and search. I don't know where you saved the file to originally, so I'm covering a couple of bases here.

If you locate the exe. file then you can just click on it to reinstall.
Please NOTE: Before you do that please go to your control panel (install/uninstall programs) and check the list for stopzilla. If it is there uninstall it, so that you can reinstall.)

Be sure to do a clean install which means to close ALL other running programs including your virus control before reinstalling.

After you reinstall, if you can, then do a restart.

If you cannot find the file on your system, then you need to go to www.stopzilla.com and redownload the file. When you install it will ask for your number and you can type it in. Be sure that if you use this method, once again turn off all running proggys until the install is complete.
