Where can I purchase a replacement blade and housing? The one I have developed a crack in the plastic housing...

I am looking for the "rubber gasket" for this style blender, it works great but my son lost the rubber part.

The plastic molded base that houses the blade assembly is split.
Where can I buy replacement please.

The plastic spout that dispenses the smoothie is broken. How can I replace it?
