After lamp change, why do flesh tones have red and green shadows?

Make sure the lamp is seated properly and also make sure the Lamp uses an Osram or Philips Bulb inside. If it is a knock off no name that may be the problem as they do not reproduce color properly

The first thing to replace is the lamp. Google your model number and "lamp" and you'll find several sites that sell them. It isn't difficult to replace yourself and isn't very expensive. Good luck.

Ionic Breeze - Press Blue - Press Geen button

The blue means the germicidal lamp is operating. Re: green light - Normal operation at all power levels involves a pre-programmed cycle of altering high and low air movement. Press the the green to override the regular power control setting and run the unit at maximum power for five minutes. Your previously selected power level will resume after the five minutes has elapsed.

Color went to grayish green, dull picture.

It ended up being one of the connectors on the composite cable. I did not know that the different colors came through separate cables. I do now, Thanks.
